Houston School of Spanish Policies agreements

  • Tuition balance is due no later than first lesson unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Students will be admitted on a space available basis after lessons begin.
  • Cancellation of private classes must be done at least 24 hours prior to lesson. Otherwise, student will be charged.
  • Please make checks payable to Houston School of Spanish.
  • Registration form required for new students.

Any lesson may be rescheduled (but not canceled) by the group of students by the teacher of by Houston School of Spanish, with a 24-hour notice given by telephone or e-mail.
Houston school of Spanish and the teacher commit to rescheduling lessons only in case of illness or emergency. Students may reschedule for other reasons, as long as a group consensus is reached, and sufficient notice given.

Houston School of Spanish retains the right to add students with the appropriate language level to all courses which are not full. Such additions shall not affect the pricing structure.
